Being an interior designer isn’t just about creating beautiful spaces. It’s an everyday balancing act of client emails, chasing down timelines, trying to post on social media, all while keeping clients happy (and your own boundaries intact).

This 3-hour, in-person workshop will help you take a strategic look at your business operations and marketing systems. You’ll learn how to build smarter internal processes, use automation tools and AI solutions to create more freedom in your day-to-day, and refine your marketing approach to attract better-fit clients with less effort.
